I added François as a contact on Flickr a while ago because I knew I would write about his work soon enough. But even though I knew there is amazing talent in his pictures, I couldn’t find the words to describe it. And today as I went through his photostream it kind of hit me. Not only does François have flawless control over the elements like composition or color, but his pictures have an amazing sense of meaningfulness. To me it looks like the subjects have something like the fate of the world on their shoulders, and all they can do is say through their eyes.
I have a feeling I might have gone too far with the meaningfulness thing, but this is the internet: theres no such thing as too far
