I noticed Anna’s work on Flickr a while ago, and finally have some pictures to put up. This is a slightly different style of photography than what usually gets featured here, but different and original is what I’m always after.
What hit me first in Anna’s beautiful self-portraits is the interaction between her and the environment. She’s managed to capture an sort of interaction between the architecture and her body language.
The tones in her pictures are also really nice, I love the combination of the sharp details with the strikingly warm tones. And finally, her unquestionably great compositional skills make her work close-to-perfect in its genre.
UPDATE: sorry it seems the pictures were visible on my computer but nowhere else. Order is now restored.
