It took me a while to realize what I really like about Valeria’s photography, its the blown out tones. Well, yes, the models are beautiful, and the composition is perfect, and the setting is colorful, but I always enjoy a bit of over-exposure. I love how it floods the background in whiteness and gives the portrait a whole new dimension. Then again it must take something more to do it as beautifully as Valeria does:

Oh yeah and I almost forgot, if any of you are little mag addicts (like me) and want some good stuff go check out the Polka Magazine. I haven’t bought one yet but the preview looks like quality photojournalism. Cheers to Clara for the suggestion ;)
